Approximately 15 souls endured the trials and tribulations of what turned out to be a perfectly wonderful day at the tractor launch area near the mouth of the Anchor River. Light winds, moderate temperatures, and broken overcast made it quite reasonable, though walking was a bit treacherous due to the ice. The following species were noted today:
(a possible, though not confirmed) Red-throated Loon
20 species in all (maybe 21). Not bad for a winter's day.
PS If any of the trip participants remember seeing any other species, please add them to the list.
